Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026. This policy defines what you may and may not do with Crafters Apex infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate service termination.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules governing use of all services, infrastructure, networks, and systems operated by Crafters Apex ("we", "us"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and/or termination of your account without refund:

Network Attacks

Launching, facilitating, or participating in any form of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, Denial of Service (DoS) attack, port scanning, packet spoofing, network flooding, or any other form of offensive network activity targeting any individual, server, network, or service including our own infrastructure.

Cryptomining & Resource Abuse

Mining cryptocurrency (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, or any other token) using our servers. Running any workload that consumes excessive CPU, RAM, or network bandwidth in a manner inconsistent with the legitimate operation of a Discord bot or automation script. Deploying compute-intensive AI model training or rendering workloads without prior written approval.

Malware & Malicious Code

Hosting, storing, distributing, or executing malware, ransomware, trojans, worms, spyware, keyloggers, exploit kits, or any other malicious software. Using our infrastructure as a Command and Control (C2) server or as part of any botnet.

Spam & Phishing

Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing emails, smishing messages, or any other form of unsolicited commercial communications. Hosting or operating phishing pages designed to steal credentials or personal information. Using Discord bots to send mass unsolicited direct messages or to raid servers.

Illegal Content & Activities

Hosting, storing, or distributing any content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that facilitates human trafficking, illegal weapons trafficking, or other criminal activities. Violating any international, national, or local laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property Infringement

Distributing pirated software, cracked applications, illegally obtained media, or any content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Unauthorized copying or use of Crafters Apex's name, original logos, visual identity, website materials or original software is also prohibited; those original brand assets and materials are owned by Crafters Corporation. This statement does not claim that any particular trademark registration has been granted and does not prohibit lawful reference, criticism or reporting.

Account Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent resource limits or a prior ban. Sharing account access without authorization. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any of our systems, other customers' servers, or third-party systems through our infrastructure.

3. Correct Use of Resources

VPS resources are designed for general-purpose background computing. VPS customers may deploy game nodes, dedicated web hosting, APIs, databases and other lawful applications appropriate to the purchased capacity. This permission applies only to VPS plans and does not change the limits of bot-hosting plans.

  • No unrelated personal storage. Disk space may not be used as an isolated personal file repository or media library unrelated to applications running on the server.
  • No mass email or SMTP abuse. Bulk unsolicited email, phishing and attempts to evade the default outbound SMTP port 25 restriction are prohibited.
  • No high-impact cryptomining. Cryptocurrency mining and sustained process injection that creates abnormal infrastructure load are prohibited.
  • Plan-appropriate workloads only. You remain responsible for staying within the purchased CPU, memory, storage and network capacity.

4. Automatic Suspension for Resource Abuse

We reserve the right to automatically and immediately suspend or throttle, without prior notice, any server that maliciously or persistently consumes 100% of its allocated CPU in a manner that threatens the stability of the underlying node or the service quality of other customers sharing that node. This measure exists purely to protect the shared infrastructure and is separate from, and does not replace, any other enforcement action described in Section 5 below.

5. Enforcement

We may use automated systems and manual review to investigate credible AUP concerns. Depending on the severity, evidence and risk, and subject to applicable law, we may:

  • Issue a formal warning and request remediation.
  • Temporarily suspend your service to prevent further harm.
  • Terminate an affected service or account for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable refund obligations and law.
  • Report the activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
  • Take legal action to recover damages caused by the violation.

For minor or first-time concerns, we will generally provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remediate when safe and practical. We may act immediately when needed to protect people, systems, evidence or legal compliance; we will provide an explanation and review route when lawful and safe.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is using our infrastructure in violation of this policy, please report it through our Contact & Abuse page. We take all abuse reports seriously and commit to investigating them within 24 hours.

7. Official Mobile Application

Access to your servers via mobile devices must be done using our official mobile application, downloaded exclusively from our official website (or the Google Play Store, once available). Using modified, reverse-engineered, or unofficial versions of our application to access our systems is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension to protect the security of our infrastructure.

8. Platform Rules

Your bots must follow the Terms of Service and Developer Policy of every platform they connect to, including Discord. Actions by those platforms against your bot are outside our control. Running a bot that violates a platform’s rules may also put your hosting account at risk.

9. How We Enforce This Policy

When we find or reasonably suspect a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on severity and risk:

  • Limit, throttle or stop the process that causes the problem.
  • Suspend a server or the whole account, with or without prior notice when there is an active risk.
  • Terminate the account, without refund, for serious or repeated violations.
  • Report illegal activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.

If you believe an action was taken by mistake, open a private support ticket in our Discord server or use the fallback method on our Contact page. We will review the information in good faith and explain the outcome; nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot be waived.

10. Your Responsibility for Your Server

You are responsible for everything that runs on your server, including code written by others that you choose to install. Keep your tokens and credentials private and keep your software updated. A compromised bot that violates this policy is still a violation of this policy.

11. Respectful Support & Community Conduct

Support requests should be opened as private tickets in our official Discord server and should include the information needed to investigate the issue. Do not post passwords, payment-card data, one-time codes, private keys or secret tokens.

Threats, harassment, discriminatory slurs, doxing, repeated personal attacks and abusive conduct directed at staff, other customers or ticket participants are prohibited. Staff may warn the user, pause or close an abusive ticket, or apply proportionate Discord or service restrictions for serious or repeated conduct, consistent with applicable law.

Good-faith complaints, criticism, refund requests, questions about outages, and lawful payment disputes are allowed. A customer will not be penalized solely for raising such a concern respectfully or for exercising a right that cannot be waived.
