Discord Community Rules
Respect Everyone
Treat all members with respect regardless of experience level, language, or background. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, slurs, or personal attacks of any kind are absolutely not tolerated and will result in an immediate ban.
Stay On Topic
Use channels for their intended purpose. Post coding questions in #dev-help, server issues in #support, and general chat in #general. Off-topic posts may be moved or deleted by staff.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
Do not send repeated messages, excessive pings, or large walls of text. Advertising, self-promotion, or sharing referral links without staff approval is not permitted. Bot ads should go in designated channels only.
No Malicious Content
Sharing malware, exploit code, tools for DDoS attacks, phishing links, or any other harmful content is an immediate permanent ban. This includes sharing code intended to harm or crash Discord bots, servers, or third-party services.
No NSFW Content
All content shared in this server must be safe for work. NSFW images, links, or discussions are not permitted in any channel, regardless of the age of the poster. Violations result in immediate removal from the server.
Respect Discord's ToS
All members must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. Violations of Discord's own rules reported to us will be acted upon.
No Chargebacks or Fraud
Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes without first contacting our support team, or any form of payment fraud will result in a permanent ban from the server and termination of all services without refund, and may be reported to authorities.
Respect Staff Decisions
Our moderators and staff enforce these rules in good faith. Arguing with or disrespecting staff decisions publicly in channels is not permitted. If you believe a moderation action was unfair, contact a senior staff member via DM or use the #appeals channel.
Enforcement & Consequences
Moderation is carried out at the discretion of our staff team. Consequences for rule violations are generally applied as follows, though serious violations may skip directly to a ban:
1st Offense
Official warning or temporary mute
2nd Offense
Temporary kick or 24–72h ban
3rd Offense
Permanent ban from the server
Partner & Sponsorship Program Rules
Crafters Apex maintains formal partnership arrangements with content creators, community server owners, developers, and affiliated organizations. These arrangements exist in two distinct categories, described in detail below. Regardless of which category applies to a given partner, one principle is absolute and without exception: every server issued under a partnership — whether granted free of charge or provided at a cost — remains fully and continuously subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Neither receiving a server for free nor paying for one grants any exemption, special privilege, or reduced level of scrutiny with respect to how that server may be used.
Case 1 — Complimentary Servers in Exchange for Advertising
Sponsorship-based hosting, granted at no monetary cost in exchange for promotional consideration.
This category covers servers we provide free of charge to creators, communities, or organizations that agree, in exchange, to promote Crafters Apex through content, mentions, referral links, or similar promotional activity. These arrangements are a marketing investment on our part, and are administered accordingly:
- 30-day evaluation period. Every complimentary server begins under a strict 30-day evaluation window. Continuation beyond that window is never automatic.
- Renewal tied to measurable performance. Whether a complimentary server is renewed depends on the measurable results of the sponsorship — including but not limited to referral traffic generated, click-through or conversion rates on assigned affiliate/referral links, audience reach of the promotional content, and the partner's continued good standing.
- Ownership. The underlying infrastructure, the Pterodactyl instance, and all associated hardware and network resources remain the sole property of Crafters Apex at all times. A complimentary server is a revocable license to use the resource, never a transfer of ownership, and never a permanent entitlement.
- No monetary refund on revocation. Because no payment was ever made for a complimentary server, its revocation — whether for non-performance, expiration of the evaluation period, or a policy violation — never gives rise to any refund, credit, or compensation of any kind.
Case 2 — Dedicated Servers Provided at a Cost
Paid partner hosting — dedicated resources extended to approved partners for a specified fee.
This category covers dedicated hosting resources that Crafters Apex provides to approved partners for a specified cost — whether at standard pricing, a negotiated partner rate, or a fixed dedicated-resource fee. Paying for a partner server changes only the billing arrangement; it changes nothing about the conduct expected of the partner:
- Payment does not waive compliance. A partner who pays for dedicated resources is held to exactly the same behavioral standard as a partner who receives a server for free. No fee, negotiated rate, or contract size grants an exemption from the Acceptable Use Policy, the Terms of Service, or any rule on this page.
- Independent compliance review. Paid dedicated partnerships remain subject to the same ongoing compliance oversight described below as complimentary servers — a paid arrangement is never "hands-off."
- Billing follows standard terms. Recurring or one-time charges for a dedicated partner server are governed by the payment, chargeback, and cancellation provisions of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, in the same way as any other paid plan.
- Termination for cause forfeits the standard refund path. Where a paid dedicated partnership is terminated because of a violation of these rules, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the Terms of Service, no pro-rated refund for unused time is owed, notwithstanding any refund window that would otherwise apply to a standard purchase.
Rules Common to Both Categories
The following restrictions apply identically and without exception to every partner server, whether it falls under Case 1 or Case 2:
- Full Acceptable Use Policy compliance. A partner server may never be used to mine cryptocurrency, run network-stress or DDoS/DoS tooling, host malware, send spam, or run any application outside the scope of the plan it was issued under (for example, running a Minecraft server on a resource allocated for Discord bot hosting). See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
- No sub-hosting or reselling. No partner, under either category, may resell server space, host third-party projects unrelated to the approved partnership, or gift, lend, or sub-allocate any portion of the server to friends, community members, or any other third party. Every partner resource is licensed strictly for the partner's own approved project.
- No unauthorized incentives. Partner servers — free or paid — may never be offered as a prize in external giveaways, nor exchanged for Discord Nitro Boosts on servers outside the official administration of Crafters Apex, nor otherwise used as an unauthorized incentive mechanism.
- Right to audit. Crafters Apex reserves the right to periodically review partner server usage, traffic metrics, and general compliance — within the limits described in our Privacy Policy regarding staff access to server files — to confirm a partnership remains in good standing.
- Immediate suspension pending review. Any suspected violation results in immediate suspension of the affected server while the matter is reviewed, regardless of whether the server was provided free of charge or paid for.
